Lisa Samson

Lisa Samson is the Managing Principal of StrategyCorp’s Ottawa office. In this role, she brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic consultant, communications expert, and project manager to StrategyCorp’s clients.

Lisa’s extensive consulting experience spans StrategyCorp’s three practice areas of government relations, communications, and management consulting. She provides government relations and strategic advisory support, creates and implements strategic, business, and communications plans, and conducts pan-Canadian stakeholder engagement.

Her work on behalf of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations has led to positive public policy outcomes for clients in many sectors of the economy, including energy and the environment; AI and quantum; healthcare; the financial sector; and post-secondary education.

Lisa has lived and worked in Ottawa for over 30 years. Her public sector work experience includes policy creation, campaign management, and media relations.

In addition to serving on the Board of Governors of Carleton University, she is a Member of the National Arts Centre’s Strategy and Engagement Committee.

Lisa holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Calgary.
