Step behind the scenes at Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre to celebrate the launch of our its inaugural 2026-2027 programming season.
Designed for alumni, donors, and friends of the Centre, this intimate event features an engaging conversation with Juno award-winner Kellylee Evans, a networking reception, and special access to watch a professional orchestra rehearsal-in-progress.

Get to Know Kellylee
Kellylee Evans is a Juno Award-winning singer-songwriter, keynote speaker, and internationally acclaimed vocalist. Known for her soulful voice and genre-blending artistry, she has performed at renowned festivals, concert halls, and cultural events across North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
Alongside her celebrated music career, Kellylee speaks about resilience, creativity, and the power of human connection.
At Backstage Spotlights, Kellylee will offer a behind-the-scenes look at her artistic journey, sharing stories from the road, reflections on the creative process, and lessons learned beyond the spotlight.
Get to Know OSO
The Ottawa Symphony Orchestra (OSO) is a community orchestra based in Ottawa, Ontario. Founded in 1965, it brings together talented musicians to perform a wide range of classical music. The OSO presents concerts throughout the year, featuring both well-known masterpieces and works by Canadian composers, while promoting a love of orchestral music in the community.
