Keys

Keys and codes may not be reassigned or used by others without written permission from CDCC.

Only authorized personnel are permitted onsite when main doors are locked, and the entrance door should not be opened for any other parties to enter the building at any time. Do not prop open an unattended door. Please request others to use their own keys to enter if they arrive and need access when you are onsite without CDCC main office staff.

Notify CDCC staff immediately regarding any building security issues or site damage.

Please call 911 for any fire, medical, or policing emergencies; with a follow-up report to CDCC staff accordingly.

Do send notice to Mara Brown by emailing mara.brown@carleton.ca or by texting for any unscheduled site access related to alarm system tracking/ notifications received outside schedule timeframes.

Please triply verify that the door operator is turned off, and that exterior doors are fully closed. Do also remember to set the alarm.
