Dr. Murray Clamen will give a talk on “The IJC – A Case Study in the Successful Management of Boundary and Transboundary Waters”. Dr. Murray Clamen is Secretary of the Canadian Section of the International Joint Commission of Canada and the United States (IJC). He has extensive experience in international water resource studies, environmental assessments and policy development.
