Ormeci receives Imperial Oil Research Award

Prof. Ormeci has received the 2014 Imperial Oil University Research Award. University research awards are designed to encourage research in multiple areas including the fields of engineering, environmental, earth, chemical and physical sciences. Awards for specific research projects are made to full-time faculty members to support research work carried out by university students under their direction. The selection committee considers business relevance of the proposed research, opportunities for knowledge transfer and potential significance of results to applications in the field.
