Liza Rozina places second in nationwide student competition

Liza Rozina wins 2nd prize in a nationwide graduate student  presentation competition. Liza was recently honoured at the awards ceremony for the Canadian Geotechnical Society. She presented on her master’s work on accelerating the dewatering of oil sands tailings deposits. Congratulations to Liza! Rozina was supervised by Professor Paul Simms.
