Celebrating Women in Engineering

In celebration and recognition of women’s contribution in the field of Engineering, we highlight five outstanding women in Civil, and Architectural Conservation and Sustainability Engineering in completing their Capstone design project. Kristen Dam, Alexandra LeBarron, Megan Lawlor, Julia Starkiewicz and Sydney Wilkins all formed the Heritage Environment and Restoration (HER) Design Group to rehabilitate the historic Davidson House in Ottawa. According to their Project supervisor, Prof. Santana Quintero, “The team worked hard in the rehabilitation of the house, which produced a great project around a very important landmark.” For full story, click here.
