Dr. Yasser Hassan Receives the Sandford Fleming Award at CSCE 2026 Conference
The 2026 Annual conference of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) was held on June 3-5 in Quebec City. CSCE concluded their conference with a Gala Dinner on Friday, June 5, during which they presented Dr. Yasser Hassan, Chair of the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, and Transportation Engineering Researcher and Professor with the Sandford Fleming Award.

This award recognizes outstanding contributions by a civil engineer to transportation engineering research and/or practice in Canada.
