Through the Canada-Chile Leadership Exchange Scholarship program the Government of Canada is seeking applications from Canadian publicly funded institutions, on behalf of Masters or PhD students from Chile, for funding to carry out research at a Canadian institution four to six months.
• Canadian institutions must submit applications on behalf of candidate.
• Only Chilean citizens can apply to this scholarship program.
•For graduate applications, an inter-institutional agreement is desirable but not mandatory. If there is no existing agreement, graduate applications which involve a new or established collaboration between professors from a Canadian and Chilean university will be accepted.
• $7,500 CAN is available for graduate students for a period of four months of research or $10,000 CAN for graduate students for a period of five or six months research.
•Graduate students conducting research must arrive in Canada between August 2012 and March 15, 2013
