Dairy Australia invites applications for its pre-farmgate research, development and extension projects. These support individuals and organisations in undertaking projects aimed at improving farm profitability.
Opportunity
Projects should address at least one of the following priority areas:
- animal performance;
- feedbase and animal nutrition;
- people;
- natural resource management and climate change;
- farm business management.
Eligibility
Applications must be submitted through the organisation conducting the research, such as university central offices or research secretariats. For collaborative projects, one of the participating organisations must submit the application and subcontract part of the research to the other organisations.
Project Duration
- 1-3 years (extensions will be considered)
