Delivered by the Charity Insights Canada Project (CICP) through our Community Education Centre, this introductory workshop is designed for nonprofit and charitable professionals who feel unsure about data or how to use it.
Are you collecting data but unsure how to show the impact of your work? Many nonprofits can easily report on the activities they deliver, but communicating the meaningful changes that result from those activities can be much more challenging.
In this beginner-friendly webinar, you’ll learn how to use data to move from tracking activities to outcomes and tell a compelling story about your organization’s impact. We will explore how to identify outcomes, choose indicators that reflect meaningful change, and report results in ways that are clear, credible, and useful for funders, board members, staff, and community stakeholders.
Whether you are new to evaluation or looking to strengthen your organization’s approach to outcome reporting, this session will provide practical tools and concepts that you can apply right away.
