Newsroom Cards enhancements, improved accessibility checks, new dashboard updates, event controls, and usability improvements.

New Features

Newsroom Cards block now supports toggling between Posts and Stories, with filters matching the selected content type.
Added an option to the events post type that allows used to hide the add to calendar buttons on the frontend
Integrated all custom blocks that contain headers into the Block Accessibility Checks support for heading hierarchy integration
Added a dashboard application plugin that provide timely information about updates and more for cutheme

Created a new User Access submenu page for Appearance and removed the dashboard widget for the site user groups
Card and listing links were moved from button and onto the entire card for improved a11y
- Reworded the event location information on event banners

Added function to verify heading level when isFirstBlock is used to set the level
