Once a form has been published and visitors begin submitting responses, you’ll need a way to review, manage, and analyze the information you’ve collected.

Gravity Forms stores all submissions within your website, allowing you to view individual entries or export responses for reporting, analysis, or record keeping.

Whether you’re managing event registrations, collecting feedback, or processing requests, understanding how to access form data is an essential part of form management.


Viewing Form Entries

Every form submission is saved as a form entry.

To view entries:

  1. From the Dashboard, select Forms.
  2. Locate the form you want to review.
  3. Hover over the form and select Entries.
  4. Browse the list of submissions.
  5. Select View to open an individual entry.

The entry view displays all information submitted through the form.

Exporting Entries as a CSV File

To export entries:

  1. Navigate to Forms → Import/Export.
  2. Select Export Entries.
  3. Choose the desired form.
  4. Select the fields you want to export.

The CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
