Mumtaz Ahmad, contract instructor and an alumnus of the Economics PhD program at Carleton University, has a manuscript recommended for publication in The Journal of International Trade & Economic Development. Dr. Ahmad’s paper “Tariff Pass-Through and Implications for Domestic Markets: Evidence from U.S. Steel Imports” (joint with Imtiaz Ahmad, National University of Sciences and Technology) comes from chapter 3 of his PhD thesis.
