In Sharon’s own words…
Since graduation, I completed a CTESL program and am now teaching full time at OCISO (the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization), a federally funded English language program for newcomers to Canada. I love my job! And I am grateful for the role that my education and the supportive professors at Carleton have played in making it possible for me to have a career that is fulfilling on all levels.
