B.A. English, double-minor in German and Spanish 2013
After graduating I was taken on immediately by an independent publishing house producing highly illustrated, non-fiction books. Two-weeks into my internship, I was hired on a full-time basis; a role was created especially for me where I can use the critical thinking and analytical skills gained through my studies, and can exploit my natural organisation and initiative.
After six years (including two stints of international travelling adventures!) with this company, I am moving to a freelance, remote basis, which will give me more freedom for my extra-curricular creative endeavours. These include work on a literary magazine as a poetry reader, my role as editor for a roller-skating magazine, as well as my own writing and zine-making.
