If you cannot log into eShop, you may have encountered one of the following issues:

  • The credentials you provided are invalid, either because you entered the wrong user name/ password combination or you have not signed up for MyCarletonOne.  Visit MyCarletonOne if you experience this issue.
  • eShop was built on our existing Financial Security system.  Anyone who has posting or signing authority on a Carleton funding source should have access; however, if you have never logged into FAST or Travel and Expense before, you may not have any access.
  • Use FAAM in Carleton Central to request access to eShop (https://carleton.ca/facts/faam/).
  • Email Financial Information Systems if you have questions.
