Dr. Megan Rivers-Moore returns to the Institute after a very busy year on sabbatical in Costa Rica, which included her book “Gringo Gulch: Sex, Tourism and Social Mobility in Costa Rica” being published by the University of Costa Rica press in Spanish this past June! Her book launch in Costa Rica included discussions by feminist scholar Montserrat Sagot, and the Costa Rica’s Minister of Women’s Affairs Patricia Mora and several radio interviews discussing the book.
