As FPA’s communications writer and team lead, Karen sees herself as the Faculty storyteller. Not only does she document amazing stories of field research and travel, but she’s also learned enough about the 2008 market crash, modern Russian society, and Arctic sovereignty to participate in almost any dinner party conversation.
