Graduate Diplomas
Economic Policy: The Graduate Diploma (GDip) in Economic Policy is designed to expose anyone with an undergraduate degree and at least some formal training in undergraduate economics to a wide range of issues related to the formulation of economic policy.
European Integration Studies: In addition to existing European Union (EU) structures and processes, the diploma program focuses on EU enlargement in the post-communist countries of Central/Eastern Europe, as well as on Canada-EU relations.
Graduate Diploma in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership (DPNL): The Graduate Diploma in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership enables working professionals to upgrade their knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of the complex and rapidly changing world of philanthropy and leadership.
Indigenous Policy and Administration: Carleton’s School of Public Policy and Administration (SPPA) offers two unique Graduate Diplomas in Indigenous Policy and Administration (IPA).
The goal of these programs is to develop the skills needed by professionals working in or with Indigenous governments and organizations.
Infrastructure Protection and International Security: The Graduate Diplomas in Infrastructure Protection and International Security combine the unique resources of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs.
Public Policy and Program Evaluation: The need for evaluators who are able to work in domestic governments, international development agencies, consulting firms, business and non-profits is growing as pressure to demonstrate policy and program performance and impact is increasing.
Work and Labour: We offer two Graduate Diplomas in Work and Labour. These diplomas will be aligned with a new Concentration within our existing MA in Political Economy.
