Ariel Root, MSc in HSTP alum and current PhD candidate at the School of Public Policy and Administration, is helping to effectively communicate the health-impacts of mold among indigenous communities in northern Ontario.  Working alongside Carleton chemistry professor and this project’s principal investigator Dr. David Miller, Ariel consulted youth from Nishnawbe Aski Nation communities to develop public health educational material in Oji-Cree, making an impact on rural indigenous health.
