Tim Deslippe, MSW, RSW, of FSEAP will be guiding us through a seminar entitled ‘Resilience in a Complex World’ where he will be exploring notions of a ‘personal state of being’, how we validate our own internal experiences in contrast to the pressures of the external world, such that we may develop the ability of “choosing where to look”.
Tim touches on the role social media plays in our lives and the impact on our neurophysiology, while offering practical strategies to navigate the complexities of being human at this time, in this place.
