Winter Flow Yoga
Join Healthy Workplace for a weekly midday yoga flow designed to recharge your body, improve your balance and strength, and ease your mind. The perfect way to warm your soul and remedy those winter blues.

Winter Meditation
The series will be led by the Spirituality Centre’s Buddhist chaplain, Dr. Colin Cordner, Director of the Ottawa Shambhala Centre. A basic meditation series for beginners, as well as anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the meditation technique.
