Winter Flow Yoga Series
Healthy Workplace is happy to announce our upcoming Winter Flow Yoga Series beginning Thursday, January 9, 2025.
Welcome to the Winter Flow Yoga Series! Midday yoga sessions designed to recharge your body, align your posture, and revitalize your spirit. Join instructor Jessica on Thursdays from 12:10pm – 12:55pm in MacOdrum Library – Room 482.
What to Expect:
I teach a vinyasa or flow yoga style, so lots of sun salutations. I like to incorporate movements for improving balance, strength, and flexibility as well as breathwork and some meditation.
About the Instructor, Jessica Lynch:
I have been a part of the Carleton University community since 2006 and completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training in 2023 and am excited to be leading HWP yoga this winter term. I enjoy deepening my yoga and movement practices and would love to see you do the same. I am happy to focus on a particular area or goal of interest to all of you. Is there an area where you would like to focus on physically such as wrists, hip flexors, or shoulders? Would you like to focus on your energy such as releasing stress and tension or raise your energy levels for the afternoon? All requests are welcome.
