With so much information available related to nutrition and health that seems to be growing and changing by the minute, it can be difficult to know where to start; especially when so much of this information is contradictory and a lot of important information isn’t widely shared. To maintain and improve your health, it’s important to understand the basics – and this session will help you do just that. You’ll learn about five foundational steps to overall health and well-being, as well as some easy tips and tools to help you put them in action right away! You’ll also get some practical tips about meal planning and how to stretch your dollar when grocery shopping.
