Yoga at Your Workspace

In this virtual workshop we’ll explore how we can bring yoga to our workspace. By building intentional time to breathe and stretch into your workday, you can reduce stress, boost creativity, and improve productivity. This workshop will provide you with breathing techniques and chair yoga exercises that you can easily integrate into your work rhythms for more wellness. Digital handouts will be included.

About the Facilitator

Meghan Johnston is a wellness educator with a passion for empowering others to reframe their relationship with stress. She promotes deeper understandings of the mind-body relationship while equipping individuals with tangible tools to live more vibrant lives. Meghan’s offerings are trauma-informed and support all styles of learning. She provides a memorable and impactful experience by weaving together her training with international organization Yoga Medicine, her past work experience in higher education, and over nine years of teaching yoga and meditation.
