Ray is currently a fourth-year student in the Bachelor of Information Technology program, specializing in Optical Systems and Sensors. With a previous education in Sociology, this has ignited his curiosity about the interplay between the future of technology and social innovation.
Within the Hatch program, he aspires to channel his knowledge towards the development of educational outreach programs. Specifically, aiming to engage and inspire young minds in the realms of Light, Optics and Lasers.
When he is not studying or pursuing his passion for advancing education, Ray enjoys quality time spent with his three young children, writing, and globe-trotting to gain fresh experiences and perspectives.
