Student groups are required to fill out the CUSA Clubs Risk Assessment Form and return it to the Theatre Office (207 Southam). A Four (4) hour minimum charge is applicable to all rates. Statutory Holidays are charged at 1.5 X normal rate.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Organizers have the option of providing the required additional ushers (minimum of two people) or using Theatre Staff at $18.00/hr.

2. An additional surcharge of $50.00/hr. will be charged for use of the Kailash Mital Theatre after midnight.

3. Failure to leave the facilities in a clean and tidy condition will result in an additional $150.00 cleaning charge.

4. University policy requires that Theatre Operations technician be present at all times the Theatre is in use.

5. Additional Technicians are available at $35.00/hr.

6. HST will be charged where applicable.

7. Groups will be charged $110.00 to use the Steinway Concert Grand Piano and Piano tuning (if necessary) costs approximately $135.00.
