Nadiya Ismaeva
Partnership Coordinator
Nadiya has over 15 years of experience in managing and coordinating international capacity-building projects, including refugee resettlement and repatriation programs.
She started her career working for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Moscow. Prior to joining Carleton University, Nadiya worked as an independent consultant, providing program management solutions, facilitating strategic partnerships among governments, multilateral organizations, academia and civil society. She has lived and worked in the Middle East, the Caribbean, Russia and Canada.
