Clearing your Browser Cache

Safari Browser Privacy Settings
Please ensure your device is up to date with the most recent iOS update.
Due to a likely Apple iOS (Operating System) update, there appears to be a setting change for participants using Safari as their browser. There are a few steps that may assist. Connected Canadians (information below) is also a great resource to assist with the following steps.
- Clear your Browser Cache (see instructions above)
- Try using a different browser (Mozilla, Edge or Chrome)
- Follow the below steps that may assist with changing your privacy settings.
- Visit the Apple Support webpage to find alternative possible solutions.
If you are using a Mac Laptop follow these steps:
- On your home screen, click the Settings icon and select Screen Time from the menu. In the Screen Time menu, click Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Select Content Restrictions followed by Web Content. Then tap Unrestricted on the Web Content menu.
If you are using an iPad or iPhone, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Select Screen Time
- Select Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Select App Store, Media, Web & Games
- Select Web Content – select “Unrestricted” or add our webpages as a trusted site.
