My current research interests center around occupational health and well-being. More specifically, I am interested in how parental work stress impacts both their own health as well the health outcomes of their children. I am also interested in the impacts COVID-19 and remote work has had on the well-being of organizational leaders and employees, specifically that of single mothers.
