Carleton to Host Ottawa Leadership Luncheon with Bruce Linton

Carleton University will host the Ottawa Spring Leadership Luncheon featuring keynote speaker Bruce Linton (BPA/92), founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Canopy Growth Corporation. As cannabis is legalized nation-wide this year, Linton will discuss the emerging industry and its potential for economic and social good.
When: Tuesday, May 29, 2018, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Where: O’Born Room, National Arts Centre, 1 Elgin St, Ottawa

The Ottawa Leadership Luncheon series, hosted by the Carleton University Alumni Association, features prominent alumni or community leaders who discuss topics of interest with alumni and the community.
About Bruce Linton
Linton is the founder of Canopy Growth Corporation and co-founder of Tweed Marijuana Incorporated. Canopy Growth was the first cannabis-producing company in North America to be listed on a major stock exchange and included on a major stock index. Linton’s focus has been driving the company’s overall strategy, including its Canadian and international expansion efforts.
