Carleton’s Centre for European Studies to Host Roundtable on Development of Ukraine

Carleton University’s Centre for European Studies Jean Monnet Chair in EU Relations with Russia and the Eastern Neighborhood (EUREAST) and Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) will host the roundtable event Foresight Ukraine: Four Scenarios for the Development of Ukraine.

When: Thursday, June 14, 2018, a light lunch will be served at noon, the panel discussion will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Where: Room 2017, Dunton Tower, Carleton University
Info: This event is free and open to the public.

The roundtable will feature guest panelists Olexsii Semenii, director of the Institute for Global Transformations in Kiev, Reinhard Krumm, head of office FES Vienna, and Prof. Milana Nikolko of Carleton’s Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (EURUS).

The FES Vienna office formed an expert group of Russians, Europeans, Americans and Ukrainians to develop four long-term scenarios for Ukraine, using key international and domestic factors that may determine Ukraine’s future.
