Carleton Experts Host Special Panel on Climate Change in the Post-Pandemic World

Carleton University’s Amir Hakami, Ahmed Abdulla and Kristen Schell will host Lessons in Rapid Transition: Climate Change in the Post-Pandemic World, presented by the Faculty of Engineering and Design as part of Carleton’s 2020 Throwback homecoming celebration.

When: Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020 from 12-1 p.m. (online via Zoom)

About the Panel: 
In this talk, panelists Amir Hakami, Ahmed Abdulla and Kristen Schell will discuss how some of the lessons we have learned from the national and global response to COVID-19 can help us address the Herculean climate crisis, as we seek to stabilize the climate over the next several decades. Audience questions and answers will follow the discussion.
