As the Carleton University community celebrates its new graduates as part of our 2021 Graduation Celebration, Green Party Leader Annamie Paul provided thoughtful words and guidance to more than 6,000 members of Carleton’s class of 2021, with a special emphasis on students graduating with a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management.
