Conclusions
As red quartzite is concentrated on the lower halves of the Thelon and Dubawnt Valleys, both being caribou migration routes, it is possible that its source is near LdLl-02 or Beverly Lake at the confluence of both rivers. From there the red quartzite was carried up both rivers and overland to the caribou winter ranges between Lake Athabasca and Cree Lake in Saskatchewan.
