The breadth requirement is part of most Bachelor of Arts degree programs. Its purpose is to allow you to engage in a variety of topics so you receive a well-rounded arts education. We have prepared a quick video to help explain what this is.

Students whose native language is not English will be required to meet the University English as a Second Language Requirements (ESLR). The English as a Second Language requirement is managed through the School of Linguistics and Language Studies (SLaLS). Visit the SLaLS website for more information about studying with an ESLR.
