Revised Sexual Violence Policy Approved
After thoughtful and engaged deliberations, the Board approved the revised Sexual Violence Policy. The revised policy incorporates feedback from an extensive nine month consultation period which included meetings, design-thinking workshops and online submissions from Carleton students, staff, faculty, unions and associations. The Board also listened to a presentation from the Graduate Student Association (GSA) Consent Culture Committee and CUPE 4600 Women’s Caucus on their recent open letter. The Board thanks all members of the community for their feedback during the policy review and looks forward to the launch of the broader campus sexual violence strategy.
