Interested in becoming a governor?

Carleton University’s Board of Governors is seeking three community-at-large members to serve on the Board.

Governors are recruited based upon their demonstrated ability, experience and skills sets. This year, the Board is seeking Community-at-Large candidates with skills and experience in:

  • accounting and finance (CPA certification or equivalent preferred)
  • Industrial and research partner relations
  • technology, innovation and entrepreneurship

The Board welcomes applications from highly-skilled potential candidates who reflect the diversity of Canadian society and the university, having particular regard to underrepresented groups including but not limited to those represented by Indigeneity, race, sex, disability, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.
