Beth Creary

Beth Creary is Senior Vice-President, Legal & Compliance, Ligado Networks, a satellite telecommunications company with offices and business in the U.S. and Canada. She has broad based business, leadership and management experience within both a law firm and a company environment. Her current company has been both publicly traded and privately held.
Over her career, Beth has enjoyed the challenges of leading and participating in mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity funding, IPO planning, downsizing and growing pains, regulatory oversight and interfacing with key government departments who regulate the telecommunications industry.
Beth was a long time Big Sister, and member of the Big Sister’s Board of Directors, the Board for Centertown Citizens Ottawa Corp. (CCOC), Board Member and Program Chair for Children’s International Summer Villages (CISV) Ottawa. She holds a BA in English, and an LLB (JD) from the University of Ottawa.
Beth was re-elected to the Board of Governors for a three-year term commencing July 1, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2024.
