Dudley Maseko is a lawyer who currently practices as in-house counsel at the Royal Canadian Mint. Prior to joining the Mint, he practiced law in Canada’s Arctic as Legal Counsel with the Department of Justice, Government of Nunavut. Before practicing law, Dudley was a Policy Analyst with the Government of Canada.

Dudley holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law and Master of Arts in Legal Studies from Carleton University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Law School, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the Ontario bar and an Institute Certified Director (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Dudley also currently serves on the Quality Committee of the Board of Governors of The Ottawa Hospital and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Nunavut Development Corporation.

Dudley has been elected to the Board of Governors for a three-year term commencing July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2025.
