Dudley Maseko is a lawyer who currently practices as in-house counsel with the Royal Canadian Mint. Prior to joining the Mint, he practiced law in Canada’s Arctic as legal counsel with the Department of Justice, Government of Nunavut. Before practicing law, Dudley was a policy analyst with the Government of Canada.

Dudley is an Institute Certified Director (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition to serving on the Board of Governors of Carleton University, Dudley is a member of the Board of Governors of The Ottawa Hospital and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Nunavut Development Corporation.

Dudley holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Carleton University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Law School. He is admitted to the bar in Ontario and New York.

Dudley has been elected to the Board of Governors for a three-year term commencing July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2025.
