Howard is a Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with over 30 years’ experience in capital project delivery. His experience includes work as an engineering design professional, senior project manager, project director, and as a contractor, providing him with a broad background and understanding of all aspects of capital project delivery. In these various roles, Howard has been involved in the successful delivery of a wide range of capital projects including building renovations, rehabilitation, and new builds with construction values ranging from $20M to in excess of $100M. Howard also has experience with all stages of project delivery from initiation and planning, through analysis and approvals, design and construction, and commissioning, hand-over and closeout.
Howard has been elected to the Board of Governors for a two-year term commencing July 1, 2023, and ending on June 30, 2025.
