Put yourself in the shoes of a student, faculty, staff, or guests’ and pretend that you’re coming into your own department for the first time…
Gather two or three team members, go through each item and indicate what is satisfactory or unsatisfactory; and for unsatisfactory items state the action needed and who that action has been assigned to.
