The Office of Quality Initiatives is pleased to offer Service Excellence workshops in an effort to ensure that Carleton staff, faculty, and volunteers all have the tools and knowledge to enact Service Excellence in the work that they do.

We also offer customized workshops or brief training sessions for departments based on the nature of their work – specifically to review service excellence standards and assist in setting department service standards.

If you have student staff working with your department, we are also happy to deliver a 30-minute training presentation during their employee orientation.
