Hello!
My name is Josie Mallett. I’m a second-year graduate student at Carleton University, and I am currently wrapping up my master’s thesis in physical geography.
I come from a small town in Eastern Shore, NS.

Growing up on the coast, I have a love for all things outdoors, especially hiking, swimming, and kayaking.
When I’m not outdoors for fun (or for field work), I’m a big fan of cozying up with a video game, having friends over for a board game night, or baking sweet treats in my kitchen.
This is my first year as a SHAD program assistant, and I am so excited to meet everyone!
