The instructor and students of SOCI 3220E Race, Gender and Sexuality Through the Arts invite you to a social advocacy presentation consisting of three plays on April 8 at 6:30 p.m.
Instructor Warren Clarke's course offers 3rd year undergraduate students at Carleton a unique opportunity to work alongside OCSB high school students to address social oppressions such as racism and gender issues that impact young Canadians. Students in this course use phenomenology - the study of human experience - which encourages students to advocate for better social outcomes through artistic performances.
