Hodan S. Mohamed is a research and policy analyst with an interest in gender, migration, and health. She has worked for the Government of Canada for a decade on priority public health issues, including health equity, gender, and violence prevention. She has volunteered and worked extensively with new immigrants in Ottawa and is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for community service.
