The Honourable Ed Broadbent, long time leader of the New Democratic Party and chair emeritus of the Broadbent Institute, visited SPPA Professor Frances Abele‘s PhD students for the final class of PADM6012. Broadbent and the PhD students enjoyed a very frank discussion of Canadian political institutions and decision-making.
