Zaman, Hasan

PhD Graduate

Hasan is a PhD alumnus in the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University. He is an Adjunct Researcher at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University, which is run by the world’s largest NGO – BRAC. He is a part-time Outreach and Advocacy Advisor at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). Between 2012 and 2015, he worked at the Bangladesh government’s innovation lab, before starting his career as an Outreach Manager at the Copenhagen Consensus Center.

Hasan holds a MSc degree from LSE and a BSc (Econ) degree from the University of Buckingham. Hasan’s major research interests are in the areas of administrative behaviour and public sector innovation. Most recently, in 2019, he guided the discussion on the first South-South cooperation agreement on SDG tracking between the governments of Bangladesh and Peru.
