The Student Experience Working Group will assess and reimagine student life in academic and non-academic settings and make recommendations that elevate Carleton as a destination of choice for a diverse and inclusive community of the best students from around the world and facilitate the success, wellness and sense of belonging for every student.

The group will recommend directions that:
- Position Carleton as a destination of choice
- Support student success and wellness
- Strengthen belonging across a diverse community
- Sustain long-term resilience and performance
